Returns Policy


We are confident in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact Bambooya at admin@bambooya.co.za and we will guide you in the returns process. The product must not have been used and must have been purchased within the last 14 calendar days.
The product must be received in the same condition in which it was shipped. The customer is responsible for all fees incurred in returning the item and Bambooya is not responsible for refunding credit or debit card fees.

We will accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • If the order arrives damaged.
  • If the order is incorrect or an item is missing.

Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to reach us and to be processed. Bambooya will not be held responsible for products lost in transit or products that are damaged due to inadequate packaging for return shipment.
